Register your account by keying in your personal information. If you’re switching from another electricity retailer in Singapore, key in your 10-digit SP/MSSL account number which should begin with a “9”. You can find it at the top right corner of your SP Group utilities bill.

步骤3

Upload a copy of your latest electricity bill and select your preferred start date. It’s best to have your start date to begin one day after your existing contract end date. 为 example, if your contract ends on 22/01/2024, select your start date as 23/01/2024.
